Plan your Stay in Newcastle June 28 – July 2, 2027
Through our partner, NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau, we’ve secured discounted rates at a range of hotels across the city for delegates attending ServDes 2027. Options are available to suit different budgets and locations relative to Northumbria University’s City Campus.
Rates are available for stays between 27 June and 3 July 2027, covering the conference dates (28 June – 2 July) with a day either side for travel.
You’ll need a credit or debit card to secure your booking. Your card details are held as a guarantee only — no payment is taken at the point of booking; payment is taken upon arrival or departure. If you need to pay in advance using a company card, please contact your chosen hotel directly to arrange pre-payment.
Please review the individual hotel’s policy before booking, as these vary by property.
Discounted rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We’d recommend booking early to secure your preferred hotel.
