On 14 November, Daniel Laqua introduced the GLO project at the UIA Associations Round Table in Florence, an event organised by the Union of International Associations (UIA). The UIA is a Brussels-based organisation with a history dating back to 1907. It documents the activities of international governmental and non-governmental organisations and organises various activities, including its “Round Tables”, which take place once or twice a year in different cities. The Florence event featured representatives from around 60 associations. After a summary of the project, Daniel facilitated a lively group discussion with the participants, inviting reflections on the relationship between trust and international cooperation.
