We have two exciting new workshops coming up on Personal Resilience. Resilience refers to an individual’s capacity to adapt positively to pressure, setbacks and challenges and maintain performance and effectiveness. Personal resilience is essential to enable an individual to deal with such challenges as those experienced in current workplaces and study settings whilst maintaining their well-being and level of functioning.
Details of the workshops are as follows

Time – 10am-12pm
Venue – Great Hall, Sutherland Building
Date – 14th June 2017

- Encouraging individuals to explore the role of “can do” thinking
- Enabling individuals to gain insight into attributional style and understand its impact
- Supporting individuals in identifying actions they can take to strengthen their resilience
