From Monday 13 March until Wednesday 31 May, Northumbria is participating in two national surveys of researchers, the Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS) and the Principal Investigators and Research Leaders Survey (PIRLS). Those to which the surveys are applicable should have received an email from Professor George Marston.
These surveys gather important, anonymous data about working conditions, career aspirations and career development opportunities for research staff and research leaders in higher education institutions.
Participation is confidential and all results are anonymised. It should only take you 10-15 minutes and the findings and analysis will be used to inform Northumbria’s researcher development training programmes and other activities in support of our research-active staff. They will also be used to benchmark us against the sector.
This is a great opportunity to tell us what you think about the support and development opportunities available to you as a researcher.
