Results from our first blog user survey

First of all, we want to say thank you to everyone who took a little time to answer our user survey. We value your feedback, and will be acting on it in the coming months to give you more content you will find useful.

What you told us:

* Posts on upcoming funding opportunities, Horizon 2020 and guidance on writing bids are the most useful to you

* Our readers want to see more on writing successful bids, upcoming opportunities and training events both internal and external

* There was a lot of enthusiasm for the new features we have offered. These include guest posts from academic staff, success stories, and information on smaller pots of funding available

* 100% of our survey respondents would recommend the blog to colleagues  (Wow, thanks!)

* writing more posts on the content you have asked for

* featuring posts from successful bidders and award holders at the University

* providing regular updates on grants and awards that have been won to share success

* implementing themed weeks with posts around set topics of interest
