If you are in the early stages of your research career at Northumbria, come along to the next ECR Forum meeting on 5 February at 3-4.30 in Mea House auditorium. The Forum has been established as a place for ECRs to meet, network, discuss research challenges and opportunities, share experiences and advocate for specific research support and events at the University.
This will be the second meeting of the Forum this academic year and a chance to hear about the progress and ongoing activities of the ECR working group. The faculties of Arts, Design and Social Sciences and Business and Law will also briefly outline their research areas with the aim of raising awareness of their work, attracting cross-faculty and cross-disciplinary interest and identifying areas for collaboration. (Engineering and Environment and Health and Life Sciences will have the same opportunity at the June ECR Forum).
The Forum is also a chance to meet the ECR working group representatives from your faculty. Click for more on the working group and forum.
Please come along. You can confirm your attendance by contacting Esha Smith in RBS.
