Lucie Lamy<\/a>, the Potsdam-based Research Fellow for our “University Students as Migrants” project, is collaborating with Giulia Scalettaris<\/a> and the Centre Marc Bloch<\/a> (CMB) in Berlin in hosting an interdisciplinary colloquium entitled “Moving across Europe as Non-Europeans: Meso-Level Analysis of Mobility Regimes in the 20th and 21st Centuries”<\/strong>. The event is taking place on 6 and 7 July 2026. Details on the location are available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference’s focus on mobility regime ties in with a key strand of our own project. Moreover, both Lucie and the Newcastle-based Research Fellow for our project, Henry Dee<\/a>, will speak at the event, sharing their ongoing research for our project as part of a panel on “Cold War Europe and the ‘Third World’: Non-Europeans at Western Universities”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
