As a research leader she has worked collaboratively with service users, patients, members of the public and service providers since she started out in research with Barnardo&#8217;s, the children&#8217;s charity. He has advised the House of Commons Health Select Committee and been a witness before parliamentary committees on a number of occasions. He has chaired committees for MRC, ESRC, the Foods Standards Agency, PHE and OHID. From 2005 to 2007 he directed the methodology work stream for the World Health Organisation\u2019s (WHO) Commission on the Social Determinants of Health. He has a continuing interest in health inequalities and is pursuing a programme of research in Cambridge on this Dr Emily Rainsford Principal Research Associate (Action Learning Lead) at Insights North East (INE) Dr Rainsford is a social researcher with extensive experience working in and with the public, private and higher education sectors. She has experience in collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data, working with harder to reach groups. Dr Rainsford \u00a0will support the development of strategies to build relationships and share knowledge produced in evaluations, that can ultimately support policy changes. Professor Waring is the former Director of the NIHR Birmingham, RAND and Cambridge Evaluation Centre. He will provide expertise and experience on rapid evaluation. Dr Kristin Libao Deputy Director &amp; Strategic Lead for Research Inclusion &amp; PPIE &#8211; NIHR ARC South West Kristin Liabo leads the Engaged Health Research Group at the University of Exeter. She is strategic lead for research inclusion and public involvement for the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration South West Peninsula. Kristin\u2019s expertise lies across multiple methods including systematic reviews, qualitative research and co-design. As a research leader she has worked collaboratively with service users, patients, members of the public and service providers since she started out in research with Barnardo&#8217;s, the children&#8217;s charity. Her PhD focused on patient involvement in systematic reviews, with a specific focus on care experienced young people. Augustin Lagarde Associate Director of Economics &#8211; Simetrica Jacobs Augustin specialises in economic appraisal and non-market valuation, with particular expertise in Wellbeing Valuation and Stated Preference methods. He maintains close links with the academic community and keeps abreast of developments in wellbeing science, measurement literature and national and international guidance. To enable the evaluations to progress, he brings his methodological, topical and practical expertise, as required, focused on social value, wellbeing analysis and impact evaluation. Independent Steering Group (ISG) Professor Mike Kelly Chair of Independent Steering Group (ISG) Professor Mike Kelly is Senior Visiting Fellow in the Department of Public Health and Primary Care at the University of Cambridge. Between 2005 and 2014 he was the Director of the Centre for Public Health at NICE, where he led the teams producing public health guidelines. He has advised the House of Commons Health Select Committee and been a witness before parliamentary committees on a number of occasions. He has chaired committees for MRC, ESRC, the Foods Standards Agency, PHE and OHID. From 2005 to 2007 he directed the methodology work stream for the World Health Organisation\u2019s (WHO) Commission on the Social Determinants of Health. He has a continuing interest in health inequalities and is pursuing a programme of research in Cambridge on this topic. Dr Andrew Kingston Senior Lecturer in the Epidemiology of Ageing at Newcastle University As a Chartered Statistician with a PhD in statistical epidemiology, Dr Kingston specialises in using complex longitudinal data and advanced statistical techniques to gain a deeper understanding of how health outcomes evolve over time, particularly with respect to the development of specific diseases and the occurrence of multimorbidity.
