She was announced as the winner at a ceremony in Brussels, Belgium last night\u00c2\u00a0(Thursday 4 October).<\/p>\n<p>The\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.polarfoundation.org\/projects\/detail\/baillet_latour_fellowship\">Baillet Latour Antarctica Fellowship<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0is a joint initiative of the Baillet Latour Fund and the International Polar Foundation.
