Our research is focused on past climates and environments on Earth ranging from interannual to million year timescales.\u00c2\u00a0 In particular, we aim to understand the interplay between ancient biosphere, atmosphere, and cryosphere over the last 50 million years.\u00c2\u00a0 We use a combination of geochemistry, microfossil analyses, numerical models and, of course, field studies, to improve our understanding of the Earth system.<\/p>\n
